Pressure-seal Gate valve, Bolted bonnet, OS&Y, ANSI Class 2500

Pressure Seal Bonnet Gate valves from EDMUND VALVE COMPANY. Manufactured in forged and Cast materials designed according ASME B16.34, for the end of project requirements, so we can deliver in the shortest time possible. We can also manufacture to bespoke designs and end connections, changes in design suit our flexible working practices, working with our clients to a mutual goal is our aim on every project. Sizes that are available are from 2” – 24”, class ratings covered are Class 600 through Class 4500. Flanged raised face & Ring type joint to ANSI B16.5 and Butt weld ends to ANSI B16.25 

Pressure Seal Bonnet Gate valve materials include: A105/ A 216 WCB/WCC carbon steel,  A182F11/WC6, A182F22 / WC9, A182 F316/CF8M, Duplex / Super Duplex.

Pressure Seal Bonnet Gate valves can also be fitted with Gear Operators; Actuation, both Electrical & Pneumatic.  Non-destructive testing , Magnetic Particle Inspection, Positive Material Identification, Radiography & Dye-Penetrant). No job is too small or too large, whether it is one valve, small project and shut down requirements or stock replenishment we can fulfil the contract.
